This was one of those moments in life that I would call a "defining moment"
Jennifer Knapp has always been a spectaculiar artist. Her coming out made such a statement to the world. Not defining her sexuality but as an artist that chose to step out of the box and sing for who she is created to be. Her lyrics speak volumes. They speak truth. I can appreciate them for what they are and not what she is attepmpting to write in order to please the money makers. She is an artist. Authentic. I was able to enjoy this concert in a small setting. I was able to hear the lyrics and see the passion in her eyes as she sang. It rang through and penetrated my heart.
